While visiting the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the artwork that I found most interesting was “Woman Eating” by Duane Hanson. This artwork was made in 1971, so I believe it is a sculpture showing a hard working woman in the early days. It shows the troubles and hard times woman had to endure and could not do anything about it.
